The E02 error typically indicates an issue with the motor connection or voltage. Check that the motor cable is connected properly. If the issue persists, the control board or motor may need replacement.
Lift the running belt and apply silicone oil to the running board underneath. Run the treadmill for a few minutes to distribute the oil evenly. This should be done regularly as part of routine maintenance.
Check if the plastic battery insulation tab has been removed. If it still does not work, replace the battery. Ensure you are pointing the remote at the display panel when pressing the Start button.
