  • Why won't Tech2Win install on my Windows 10 computer?

    Tech2Win software is officially recommended for Windows 7 32-bit systems. If the installation fails on a Windows 10 64-bit environment, please use a Windows 7 32-bit computer instead.

  • Does the VXDIAG offline software support online ECU programming like GM SPS?

    No, the offline software is intended for basic testing and learning purposes. For SPS Programming or other advanced functions, an online subscription from the official OEM platform is required.

  • What should I do if my antivirus flags the diagnostic software patch?

    Laastari file used to bypass OEM verification may trigger false positives by some antivirus software. It is safe to use; please temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall during installation.

  • My device license expired in VX Manager, how do I fix this?

    If your VXDIAG license expires, click the 'Update License' button within the VX Manager software while connected to the internet. If it doesn't update, contact VXDIAG customer support to extend it for free.
