Download the ROJECO app, ensure Bluetooth and WiFi (2.4GHz only) are enabled on your phone, power on the feeder, and long-press the setting button for 5 seconds until the indicator flashes. Follow the prompts in the app to complete the connection.
Most ROJECO feeders are designed for dry food only. The recommended kibble size usually ranges from 2mm to 15mm (approximately 0.07 to 0.6 inches) in diameter. Do not use wet food unless the specific model supports it.

Check if the food tank is empty or if the food outlet is blocked by oversized kibble. Also, verify that the batteries are charged or the power adapter is properly connected. If the issue persists, try resetting the device.
