    When the system is running normally, press and hold the Reset button for 8 seconds. Release it when the indicator light turns orange. The LED will then flash green to indicate a successful factory restore.

    Clean the accessories with distilled water, then completely immerse them in approximately 75% medicinal alcohol for 30 minutes. Rinse with warm distilled water (about 50°C) and let them air dry in a clean place. Do NOT rinse or immerse the main electrical unit.

  • How do I sync a Satellite to my Master MESH Wi-Fi router?

    Place the Satellite within one meter of the Master and power it up. Wait about 45 seconds, then press the 'M' button on the Master for 2 seconds. The Master's indicator will blink orange and green. Wait 1-2 minutes for the connection to finalize (the LED will turn solid green).

  • What is the default IP address to login to the MESH AC1200 router?

    To configure your router, open a web browser and enter the default IP address 192.168.188.1. The default login password is 'admin'.

  • Can I use my mobile device to configure the MESH Bluetooth motion sensor?

    Yes, you can use the Koolmesh app (available on iOS and Android) to perform setup, commissioning, dynamic daylight harvest configurations, and to run scheduled lighting scenes via the Bluetooth mesh network.
