Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean and free of debris. Also, check that the charging case itself has sufficient battery power.
If connection issues occur, unpair or 'forget' the device from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Place the earbuds back in the case, then remove them and try pairing again. Some models may require holding the power button for several seconds to reset.
