Ensure that your mobile device has Location Services and Bluetooth enabled. The camera must be powered on (red light flashing slowly for unconnected status) and your phone should be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network, as 5GHz is often not supported.
The default password is often '6666' or left blank. If the camera prompts for a password you do not know, or if you have forgotten it, you effectively need to reset the device to factory settings.
Press and hold the MODE or RESET button on the camera body for approximately 5 seconds. The indicator light should change behavior, signaling that the device is entering factory mode. You can then reconfigure the network connection.
Check the indicator light status: a red light flashing slowly means it offers a hotspot but isn't connected to the internet; a solid red light usually indicates a successful connection. If the red light flashes quickly, it may be attempting to connect or have a password error.
