Press and hold the power key for 10 seconds while the scanner is powered off until you hear two short beeps, followed by a long beep. This resets it for pairing with a new Bluetooth device.
Clean the metal probe with soapy water and use a damp cloth to wipe the thermometer. Do not fully immerse the digital unit in water, and avoid using the stainless steel probe in temperatures above 300°C (572°F).
Always ensure you fully charge the battery to 100% before using the device for the first time. Charge it in time whenever the power level drops below 20%.
