2. Asennusopas

Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your CYCLAMI TPU Inner Tube. Follow these steps carefully:

Asennusta edeltävä tarkistus:

1. Before installation, remove the inner tube from its packaging.
2. Inflate the inner tube slightly (no more than 5 PSI) to give it shape.
3. Submerge the slightly inflated tube in a basin of water to check for any air leaks. If bubbles appear, indicating a leak, do not proceed with installation and contact customer support. Over-inflating an empty tube (more than 5 PSI) can cause irreversible damage.
4. Ensure the inside of your bicycle tire is free from any sharp objects or debris that could puncture the new tube.

1. Locate the air nozzle hole on the wheel hub and carefully insert the Presta valve of the inner tube.
2. Gently guide the inner tube into the wheel hub, ensuring it sits evenly around the rim.
3. Begin installing the outer tire onto the wheel hub. This step requires patience.
4. If the outer tire is difficult to mount, you may use tire levers. Exercise extreme caution to avoid pinching or damaging the inner tube with the tire lever.
5. Once the outer tire is fully seated on the rim, you can begin to inflate the inner tube to the recommended pressure for your tire.

To ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your CYCLAMI TPU Inner Tube, regular maintenance is recommended:

  • Tighten the Presta valve nut.
  • Check the valve core for looseness or damage. If damaged, it may need replacement.
  • Ensure the valve is straight and not bent, which can compromise the seal.
• Tube Swelling/Bulging (outside tire):
  • This indicates over-inflation of the tube when not inside the tire. This is irreversible damage. Replace the tube.
