Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The blood will be drawn into the strip automatically. Do not apply blood to the top of the strip.

7.2. Lancet Storage and Disposal

Store lancets in a cool, dry place.
Always use a new, sterile lancet for each test.
After use, carefully recap the lancet and dispose of it in an approved sharps container to prevent accidental needle sticks.
