The SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra (ZBBridge-U) is a high-performance smart hub designed to connect and manage Zigbee sub-devices within your smart home ecosystem. It offers Matter compatibility, allowing seamless integration with various IoT platforms. Equipped with a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 1GB DDR4 memory, and 8GB eMMC storage, it ensures smooth and reliable automation. This bridge supports up to 256 SONOFF Zigbee sub-devices and provides robust connectivity with both Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet options, extending communication range up to 200m in Turbo Mode. It also features smart home security functionalities, enabling custom alarm scenes.

4. Asennusopas

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Ultra:

• Check if the sub-device is a SONOFF brand device and compatible with the eWeLink ecosystem, as the bridge only supports these.
• Verify that the bridge has not reached its maximum capacity of 256 sub-devices.

7.4 Matter Integration Problems

• Confirm that both the Zigbee Bridge Ultra and your Matter hub are connected to the same local area network (LAN).
• Ensure your Matter hub is properly set up and functioning.
