This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Tera HW0015 Wireless Barcode Scanner. 4. Asennus

4.1 Skannerin lataaminen

1. Connect the charging cable to the charging dock and a power source.
2. Place the scanner onto the charging dock. Ensure proper alignment for charging.
3. The scanner's screen will indicate charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.

4.2 Virran kytkeminen päälle/pois

Locate the physical power switch key on the scanner. Push the switch key to the 'ON' position to power on the device. Push it to the 'OFF' position to power off and conserve battery.

5. Käyttöohjeet

5.1 Perusskannaus

1. Ensure the scanner is powered on and connected to your host device (see Section 6 for connectivity).

3. Press the trigger button. A scan line or light will appear.
4. Hold steady until a successful scan is indicated by an audible beep, vibration, or visual confirmation on the screen.

5.2 Screen Navigation and Settings

The integrated screen and keypad allow for direct configuration. Use the navigation buttons (Up, Down, OK, Back) to browse menus and adjust settings. The screen displays current time, battery level, connection mode, barcode data, total stored barcodes, and total amount.

• 2.4G langaton yhteys: Insert the 2.4G USB dongle into your host device. The scanner will automatically attempt to pair. This mode offers a transmission distance of up to 328ft in open areas and 164ft with obstacles.
• Bluetooth-yhteys: Activate Bluetooth on your host device. On the scanner's screen, navigate to 'Connection' and select 'Bluetooth'. Follow the on-screen prompts or refer to the full user manual for specific pairing barcodes if required.
• USB-kaapelin liitäntä: Connect the scanner directly to your device using the provided USB cable. This mode typically functions as a plug-and-play keyboard emulation (HID).

7. Skannaustilat

The scanner supports various operational modes to suit different scanning needs:

• Manual-Trigger Mode: Press the trigger button to initiate each scan. Ideal for precise, individual barcode scanning.

8. Huolto

• Puhdistus: Käytä pehmeää, damp cloth to clean the scanner's exterior. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the scanning window is free of dust and smudges for optimal performance.
