2. Tärkeitä turvallisuusvaroituksia
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the power supply. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Tulo Voltage Valinta: Before powering on, ensure the 110V/220V switch on the unit is set correctly to match your local AC input voltage vaurioiden välttämiseksi.
- Ilmanvaihto: Ensure adequate ventilation around the power supply. Do not block cooling vents.
- Ympäristö: Store and operate the device in a ventilated and dry environment, away from flammable materials. Avoid condensation.
- Latauksen yhteensopivuus: The maximum current is 8A and is not adjustable. The actual current is determined by the connected load. Do not connect devices that require more than 8A.
- Induktiiviset kuormat: When using with inductive loads such as motors or fans, be aware of the motor's maximum starting current. This parameter should not exceed the power supply's maximum current capacity to prevent damage. Consider using a power supply with higher current capacity or a soft-start protection circuit for inductive loads.
- Virrankäyttö: To ensure the longevity of the power supply, it is recommended not to operate it at full load continuously. The recommended maximum continuous use power should be 80% of the rated power (e.g., for a 500W unit, use up to 400W).
- Akun lataus (jos sovellettavissa): If used as a charger, always unplug the battery and turn off the input power when not in use. Charge within your line of sight. If you must leave, remove the battery to prevent hazards. Do not mix different types, capacities, or manufacturers' batteries. Monitor battery temperature; disconnect immediately if it becomes excessively hot.
- Ulkomaiset esineet: Do not drop wires or other conductive objects into the power supply.
- Vaurioituneet akut: Do not attempt to charge batteries that are leaking, swollen, peeled, discolored, or deformed.
- Ei-ladattavat paristot: Älä yritä ladata ei-ladattavia paristoja.
- Muokkaus: Do not modify or disassemble the power supply. Doing so voids all warranties and technical support.

5. Asennus ja asennus
- Purkaminen: Carefully remove the power supply from its packaging. Inspect for any visible damage.
- Tulo Voltage Valinta: Locate the 110V/220V selector switch on the rear of the unit (refer to Figure 3.3). Before connecting to AC power, ensure this switch is set to match your local mains voltage (110V or 220V) to prevent severe damage to the unit.

Kuva 5.1: Syöttötilavuustage Valintakytkin. - Asennus (valinnainen): The unit can be mounted using the provided mounting holes. Ensure proper airflow for cooling. Refer to Figure 4.1 for mechanical dimensions.
- Johdotusliitännät:
- AC-tulo: Connect your AC mains power to the 'L' (Live), 'N' (Neutral), and 'FG' (Frame Ground) terminals. Ensure secure connections.
- DC-lähtö: Connect your DC load to the '+V' (Positive Output) and '-V' (Negative Output) terminals. Observe correct polarity.
- Voitage Säätö: Lähtö voltage can be adjusted using the knob labeled 'V.ADJ' on the front panel.

6. Käyttöohjeet
- Virta päälle: After ensuring all connections are correct and the input voltage switch is set, connect the power supply to the AC mains. The digital display should illuminate, showing the current output voltage.
- Säätölähdön voltage: Use the 'V.ADJ' knob on the front panel to adjust the DC output voltage to your desired level. The digital display will show the set voltage.
- Kytkentäkuorma: Kun haluttu voltage is set, connect your DC equipment to the '+V' and '-V' terminals. The power supply will automatically provide the necessary current up to its maximum of 8A, as determined by your load.
- Valvonta: The digital display continuously shows the output voltage. While the current is not directly adjustable, ensure your load does not attempt to draw more than 8A.
- Virta pois: To turn off the power supply, first disconnect the load, then disconnect the AC mains power.
Tehon laskenta
The power (in Watts) consumed by your load can be calculated using the formula: Voitage (V) × Current (A) = Power (W).
esimampseuraavat:
- If you connect equipment drawing 6A at 20V, the power is 20V × 6A = 120W.
- If you connect equipment drawing 5A at 48V, the power is 48V × 5A = 240W.
Always ensure the total power required by your load does not exceed 80% of the power supply's rated power (480W * 0.8 = 384W) for optimal performance and longevity.
7. Huolto
- Puhdistus: Keep the power supply clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Ilmanvaihto: Regularly check that the cooling vents are not obstructed to ensure proper heat dissipation.
- Varastointi: If not in use for an extended period, store the power supply in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.
- Tarkastus: Periodically inspect the power cords and terminals for any signs of wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
