2. Turvallisuusohjeet

5. Asennus ja asennus

Follow these steps for safe and correct installation of your MPPT solar charge controller. Ensure all power sources are disconnected before making any connections.

5.1 Johdotusjärjestys

  1. Liitä akku: Connect the battery to the controller's battery terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative). Ensure a secure connection. The controller will automatically detect the battery voltage.
  2. Liitä aurinkopaneelit: Connect the solar panel array to the controller's solar panel terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative). Ensure correct polarity.
  3. Kytke kuorma: Connect the DC load to the controller's load terminals (positive to positive, negative to negative).

Important: Always connect the battery first and disconnect the solar panels first when disassembling the system.

5.3 Asennus

  • Mount the controller vertically on a wall or stable surface to allow for optimal airflow.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the controller for heat dissipation, especially above and below the unit where the cooling fan and vents are located.

6.1 LCD-näyttö

The blacklight LCD display provides comprehensive information about your solar system's performance. It shows:

  • PV-tulo: Voitage and current from solar panels.
  • Akun tila: Voitage, charge level, and charging stage.

  • Energiatilastot: KWH charged.
  • System Icons: Indicate solar charging, battery status, load status, temperature, and fault conditions.

Use the buttons (A, B, C, D, SET) to navigate through the display menus and adjust parameters. Refer to the on-screen prompts for specific functions.

7. Huolto

  • Akun kunto: Regularly check your battery's health and water levels (for flooded batteries) to maximize its lifespan.
  • Järjestelmän laajennus: If expanding your solar system, ensure the new components are compatible with your existing setup and the controller's capacity. For higher current needs, two 60A controllers can be put in parallel to achieve 120A.
