The KAIWEETS KVB01 is a versatile 12V/24V battery tester designed for diagnosing the health and performance of lead-acid batteries in various vehicles. It offers multiple test modes to provide a comprehensive analysis of your battery and charging system.

3. Asennus

Testerin kytkeminen:

1. Varmista, että ajoneuvon sytytysvirta on katkaistu ja kaikki lisävarusteet on irrotettu.
2. Paikanna ajoneuvon akku.
3. Yhdistä punainen test clip to the battery's positiivinen (+) napa.
4. Yhdistä musta test clip to the battery's negatiivinen (-) napa.
5. The tester will power on automatically, drawing power directly from the battery.

4. Käyttö

The KVB01 offers four main test modes. Use the navigation buttons (Nuolet ylös/alas) to select a mode and the "M ENTER" -painiketta vahvistaaksesi.

4.1. Akkutesti

This test assesses the overall health and lifespan of the battery.

1. Valitse päävalikosta "Akkutesti" ja paina "M ENTER".
2. Syötä akun kylmäkäynnistysvirta (CCA) Amps) rating. This can usually be found on the battery label. Use the arrow buttons to adjust the value and "M ENTER" vahvistaaksesi.
3. The tester will display results including State of Charge (SOC), State of Health (SOH), Voltage, CCA value, and Internal Resistance (RES).

4.2. Käynnistystesti

This test measures the battery's discharge performance during engine startup.

1. Valitse päävalikosta "Käynnistystesti" ja paina "M ENTER".

4.3. Lataustesti

This test evaluates the performance of the vehicle's charging system (alternator).

1. Valitse päävalikosta "Lataustesti" ja paina "M ENTER".
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to start the engine and run it at idle.
3. The tester will analyze the dynamic voltage, suurin tilavuustage ja vähimmäistilavuustage latausjärjestelmästä.

4.4. Kuormituskoe

This test measures the alternator's performance under load.

1. From the main menu, select "Load Test" and press "M ENTER".
2. Follow the on-screen prompts to apply a load (e.g., turn on headlights, heater fan).

• Store the device in the provided storage bag when not in use to protect it from dust and damage.
• Avoid exposing the tester to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Regularly inspect the test cables and clips for any signs of damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
