The frothing whisk (with the spring) is for creating foam, while the heating whisk (without the spring) is for warming milk or chocolate without foam. Place the selected whisk securely onto the shaft at the bottom of the frother jug.

3. Place Jug: Place the frother jug securely onto the power base.
