VEVOR 900MWP Continuous Band Sealing Machine

1. Johdanto

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your VEVOR 900MWP Continuous Band Sealing Machine. Please read these instructions carefully before use and retain for future reference. This machine is designed for continuous sealing of various plastic bags and films, offering adjustable speed and temperature control for optimal results.

2. Turvallisuustiedot

• Keep hands and loose clothing away from moving parts, especially the conveyor belt and sealing area, to prevent injury.
• The sealing area operates at high temperatures. Avoid direct contact to prevent burns.
• Do not operate the machine in wet conditions or with wet hands.

• Ensure adequate ventilation during operation to dissipate heat.

3. Asennus

1. Purkaminen: Poista laite varovasti pakkauksesta. Tarkista mahdollisten kuljetusvaurioiden varalta.
2. Sijoitus: Place the machine on a stable, level surface with sufficient space for operation and ventilation.
3. Virtaliitäntä: Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet (USA: AC 110V 60Hz).
4. Kuljetinhihnan säätö: The conveyor belt height and position can be adjusted using the knobs on the side to accommodate different bag sizes.
5. Alkutarkastus: Ensure all belts (Teflon and toothed) are correctly installed and tensioned.

4. Käyttöohjeet

4.1 Ohjauspaneeli ohiview

The control panel features switches for Power, Heater, and Fan, along with a Speed knob and a digital Temperature Controller.

4.2 Peruskäyttö

1. Virta päälle: Käännä POWER kytkin ON-asentoon.
2. Aktivoi lämmitin: Kytke päälle LÄMMITIN switch. The digital display will show the current temperature (PV) and the set temperature (SV).
3. Aseta lämpötila: Käytä SARJA, SIIRTÄÄ, ALAS, ja UP buttons on the temperature controller to adjust the desired sealing temperature. The recommended temperature range is 32-572°F (0-300°C). Allow the machine to reach the set temperature before sealing.
4. Aktivoi tuuletin: Kytke päälle FAN switch to ensure proper cooling of the sealing mechanism.
5. Säädä nopeutta: Kierrä NOPEUS knob to set the desired conveyor belt speed. The machine can operate at speeds up to 0-52.49 ft/min (0-16 m/min). Adjust speed based on bag material and thickness for optimal seal quality.
6. Sealing Bags: Aseta pussin avoin pää kuljetinhihnalle ja ohjaa se sulkemisalueelle. Kone syöttää ja sulkee pussin automaattisesti.
7. Printing/Embossing: If equipped with an embossing wheel, the machine can print numbers and dates on the seal. Ensure the embossing wheel is correctly installed and adjusted.

5. Huolto

• Puhdistus: Regularly clean the conveyor belt and sealing area to prevent residue buildup. Use a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the machine is unplugged and cooled down before cleaning.
• Hihnan tarkastus: Periodically inspect the Teflon belts and toothed belts for wear and tear. Replace them if they show signs of damage or excessive wear. The machine includes spare belts.
• Sulakkeen vaihto: If the machine loses power unexpectedly, check the fuse. An extra fuse is provided for replacement.
• Voitelu: Consult the VEVOR support website for specific lubrication requirements, if any.

6. Vianmääritys

• Poor Seal Quality:
  • Check if the temperature is set correctly for the bag material. Increase temperature for thicker films.
  • Adjust the sealing speed. Slower speeds allow more heat transfer for a stronger seal.
  • Inspect Teflon belts for damage or wear. Replace if necessary.
