4. Asennus

4.1. Akun asennus

1. Avaa monitorin takana olevan paristolokeron kansi.
2. Insert the specified type and number of batteries (e.g., 4 x AA batteries) according to the polarity indicators (+ and -).

4.2. Mansetin kiinnitys

1. Insert the air plug of the cuff into the air jack on the side of the monitor. Ensure it is firmly connected.
2. The cuff is designed for upper arm circumference between 22-42 cm. Ensure the cuff size is appropriate for your arm.

5. Käyttöohjeet

5.1. Ennen mittaamista

• Vältä syömistä, alkoholin juomista, tupakointia, harjoittelua ja kylpemistä 30 minuuttia ennen mittausta.
• Lepää vähintään 5 minuuttia ennen mittauksen tekemistä.
• Istu mukavassa asennossa selkä tukena ja jalat lattialla.

5.2. Mittauksen tekeminen

1. Wrap the cuff firmly around your upper arm, approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow joint. The air tube should run down the center of your arm.
2. Paina START/STOP -painiketta. Mansetti täyttyy automaattisesti ja mittaus alkaa.
3. Pysy paikallaan äläkä puhu mittauksen aikana.
