1. Johdanto

Welcome to the user manual for your pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Earbuds. These earbuds are designed to provide a high-quality audio experience with features such as 3D Audioscape, TruTalk AI-ENC for clear calls, Thunder Bass, and up to 38 hours of combined playtime. They also offer 50ms low latency for movie and music modes, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, fast Type-C charging, and IPX5 water resistance. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new earbuds.

2. Mitä laatikossa on

3. Asennus

3.1 Ensimmäinen lataus

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a compatible USB power source (DC5V-1A max). The indicator light on the case will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged. Place the earbuds into the charging case to charge them.

3.2 Laiteparin muodostaminen

4. Käyttöohjeet

4.1 Virta päälle/pois

• Virta päälle: Open the charging case lid, or long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
• Virta pois: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or long-press the touch sensor on both earbuds for 5 seconds.

4.2 Music Control (Touch Controls)

• Toista/tauko: Napauta kumpaa tahansa kuuloketta yhdellä napautuksella.
• Seuraava kappale: Kaksoisnapauta oikeaa korvanappia.
• Edellinen kappale: Kaksoisnapauta vasenta korvanappia.

4.3 Call Control (TruTalk AI-ENC)

4.4 Ääni-avustaja

• Aktivoi Voice Assistant: Long-press on either earbud for 3 seconds to activate your phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

4.5 Movie/Music Modes (50ms Low Latency)

• The earbuds feature dedicated modes for optimized audio. Switch between Movie Mode (50ms low latency for gaming/videos) and Music Mode by pressing the touch sensor four times on either earbud.

5. Huolto

5.1 Puhdistus

• Puhdista nappikuulokkeet ja latauskotelo säännöllisesti pehmeällä, kuivalla ja nukkaamattomalla liinalla.

5.3 Veden- ja hienkestävyys (IPX5)

The pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro earbuds are rated IPX5, meaning they are resistant to water splashes and sweat. This makes them suitable for workouts and outdoor activities. However, they are not designed for submersion in water or exposure to heavy rain. Do not wear them while swimming or showering.

6. Vianmääritys

6.1 Yleiset ongelmat ja ratkaisut

• Kuulokkeet eivät muodosta pariliitosta:
  - Varmista, että molemmat kuulokkeet ovat ladattuja.
  - Turn off Bluetooth on your device, then turn it back on.
  - Forget/delete "pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  - Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to re-enter pairing mode.
• Vain yksi kuuloke toimii:

  - Try placing both earbuds back in the charging case, closing the lid, and then taking them out again to re-establish stereo connection.
  - Reset the earbuds (see 6.2).

  - Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to your device.
  - Try playing audio from a different application or source.
• Latausongelmat:

  - Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.

  - Try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case and taking them out again.

6.2 Nappikuulokkeiden nollaaminen

1. Delete "pTron Bassbuds Duo Pro" from your device's Bluetooth paired list.
2. Aseta molemmat kuulokkeet latauskoteloon.
3. With the lid open, press and hold the reset button (if available, otherwise long-press the touch sensors on both earbuds) for approximately 10-15 seconds until the indicator lights flash, indicating a successful reset.
4. Close the case, then open it again to re-enter pairing mode and pair with your device as described in Section 3.2.
