This awning is designed for easy, drill-free installation. Follow these steps carefully.

• Crank mechanism is stiff: Apply a lubricant (e.g., lithium grease) to the moving parts of the crank and support arm joints. Ensure no debris is obstructing the mechanism.
• Awning does not retract/extend smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the fabric path or the support arms. Ensure the fabric is not caught or misaligned. Lubricate moving parts as described above.
• Awning sags on one side: Verify that both vertical poles are set to the same height and that the support arms are evenly adjusted. Re-tension the poles if necessary.
