1. Johdanto

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Mount Plus CM344 Flip Down TV and Monitor Ceiling Mount. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference. This mount is designed to securely hold flat-panel TVs and monitors ranging from 23 to 55 inches, with VESA compatibility up to 400x400mm.

5. Asennusohjeet

Before starting, ensure you have the necessary tools: drill, stud finder, level, screwdriver, and a pencil. It is recommended to have a second person assist with installation.

Locate a suitable ceiling joist or solid concrete area. Use a stud finder to confirm the location of wooden studs. For concrete ceilings, ensure the concrete is solid and thick enough for anchors.

5.2. Install Ceiling Plate

1. Position the ceiling plate (part of the main assembly) against the ceiling at your desired location.
2. Mark the drill holes through the plate onto the ceiling using a pencil.
3. Drill pilot holes. For wood studs, use a smaller drill bit than the lag bolts. For concrete, use a masonry drill bit and insert concrete anchors.
4. Secure the ceiling plate using the provided lag bolts and washers. Ensure it is firmly attached and level.

5.3. Attach VESA Brackets to TV/Monitor

1. Lay your TV or monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.

1. With assistance, carefully lift the TV/monitor with the attached VESA brackets.
2. Hook the VESA brackets onto the mounting arm of the ceiling assembly. Ensure both brackets are properly seated.
3. Secure the TV/monitor to the arm assembly using the provided safety screws or locking mechanisms to prevent accidental dislodgement.

6.1. Folding Up and Down

The mount allows the display to fold up against the ceiling for storage or to save space, and fold down for viewing.

• To Fold Up: Gently push the bottom of the display upwards until it clicks into the locked position against the ceiling plate.
