1. Johdanto

Thank you for choosing the Medivon Stream PRO Professional Muscle Electro Stimulator. This device is designed to provide Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), and Fitness programs to support muscle training, relaxation, and pain relief. Please read this manual carefully before using the device to ensure safe and effective operation. Keep this manual for future reference.

4. Asennus ja ensimmäinen käyttökerta

4.1 Laitteen lataaminen

1. Liitä latauskaapeli laitteen latausporttiin.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The battery indicator on the LCD display will show charging status. Charge fully before first use.

4.2 Elektrodien kiinnittäminen

2. Connect the electrode cables to the main unit's output ports (Ch1, Ch2).
3. Attach the electrode pads securely to the ends of the cables.
4. Clean and dry the skin area where the electrodes will be placed.
5. Remove the protective film from the electrode pads and firmly press them onto the skin. Ensure good contact.

5. Käyttöohjeet

5.1 Kytkeminen päälle/pois

Paina ja pidä painettuna Päälle/Pois painiketta kytkeäksesi laitteen päälle tai pois päältä.

5.2 Selecting a Program Mode (TENS, EMS, FITNESS)

After turning on, the device will display the available modes: TENS, EMS, and FITNESS. Use the F button to cycle through the modes. The selected mode will be highlighted on the LCD.

• TENS (transkutaaninen sähköinen hermostimulaatio): Primarily for pain relief.
• EMS (sähköinen lihastimulaatio): For muscle strengthening, rehabilitation, and recovery.
• KUNTO: Designed for muscle toning and training.

5.3 Intensiteetin säätäminen

Each channel (Ch1, Ch2) can be adjusted independently.

• Käytä + ja - buttons for Channel 1 (Ch1) to increase or decrease intensity.
• Käytä + ja - buttons for Channel 2 (Ch2) to increase or decrease intensity.
• Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, muscle contraction or tingling sensation. Avoid painful levels. The device offers 16 intensity levels.

5.4 Hoitoajan asettaminen

Käytä Up ja Alas arrow buttons to adjust the treatment duration. The time is displayed in minutes on the LCD. The device will automatically shut off after the set time.

5.5 Yleisiä käyttövinkkejä

• Ensure electrode pads are always moist and sticky for optimal conductivity. Replace them when they lose their adhesiveness.
• Do not use the device for more than 60 minutes per session on the same area.
• Allow at least 30 minutes between sessions on the same muscle group.
• For specific conditions or muscle groups, consult a healthcare professional or physical therapist for optimal electrode placement and program settings.

6. Huolto ja varastointi

6.1 Laitteen puhdistaminen

• Turn off the device and disconnect all cables before cleaning.

• Clean electrode pads by gently wiping the adhesive surface with a damp cloth. Allow them to air dry before reattaching the protective film.
