Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX fill line. To empty, detach the handheld vacuum, position it over a trash bin, and press the dust cup release button. Close the dust cup securely after emptying.

The foam and felt filters should be rinsed every month, or as needed, to maintain suction power. Tap loose dirt off filters between washes. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling. Do not operate the vacuum without filters in place.
