Method 2: Suction Cup Installation

Attaching Your Dash Cam

Align the magnetic connector on the back of your Nextbase Dash Cam with the magnetic plate on the Click&Go PRO mount. The strong neodymium magnets will securely snap the dash cam into place, establishing both physical and power connections.

Detaching Your Dash Cam

To remove your dash cam, gently pull it away from the magnetic mount. The magnetic connection allows for quick and easy detachment when needed.

Dash cam not receiving power.Verify the power cable is securely connected to the mount. Ensure the dash cam is correctly aligned and fully seated on the magnetic plate. Check the vehicle's power outlet.
Dash cam feels loose on the mount.Ensure the dash cam is fully engaged with the magnetic plate. Check for any debris between the dash cam and the mount that might prevent a secure connection.
