This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Maker by Breville, bundled with the Aeroccino3 Milk Frother. The Vertuo machine utilizes Centrifusion technology to brew a variety of coffee and espresso sizes from Nespresso Vertuo capsules. The Aeroccino3 frother prepares hot or cold milk froth for your beverages.

2. First Use & Rinsing

• Close the machine head and lock it by turning the lever left.
• Press the button three times within two seconds to start the rinsing cycle. The machine will run water through the system.

2. Turn on the machine by pressing the button. It will heat up in approximately 15-20 seconds. The light will turn steady green when ready.
3. Open the machine head by turning the lever to the right and lifting the head.
4. Insert a Nespresso Vertuo capsule into the capsule holder. The machine reads the barcode on the capsule to automatically adjust brewing parameters.
5. Close the machine head and lock it by turning the lever to the left.
6. Place an appropriate cup size under the coffee outlet. The machine brews five cup sizes: 1.35 oz Espresso, 2.7 oz Double Espresso, 5.0 oz Gran Lungo, and 7.7 oz Coffee.
7. Press the button to start brewing. The machine will automatically eject the used capsule into the container after brewing.

Using the Aeroccino3

1. Ensure the frother is clean and dry.
2. Pour fresh, cold milk into the frother. Do not exceed the maximum fill line for frothing.
3. For hot froth, press the button briefly. The light will turn red.
4. For cold froth, press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds. The light will turn blue.
5. The frother will automatically stop when the milk is frothed to the desired consistency.
