The TechCare Massager TENS Unit is a dual-channel electrical nerve and muscle stimulator designed to provide temporary relief from pain associated with sore and aching muscles due to strain from exercise or normal household and work activities. This device utilizes Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technologies to deliver low-voltage pulses to the skin, stimulating nerve fibers and promoting muscle contraction and relaxation. Asennus

1. Laitteen lataaminen

1. Connect the USB charger cable to the charging port on the device.

3. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status. A full charge can take up to 10 hours for the initial charge.

2. Attaching Electrode Pads and Cables

1. Ensure the device is turned off before connecting or disconnecting pads.
2. Gently peel the electrode pads from their protective film. Retain the film for storage.
3. Snap the electrode cables onto the metal studs of the electrode pads. Ensure a secure connection.
4. Insert the pin connectors of the electrode cables firmly into the output ports on the top or bottom of the TENS unit.

3. Applying Electrode Pads

1. Clean and dry the skin area where you intend to place the pads. Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin.
2. Place the electrode pads firmly on the desired treatment area. Refer to the included Treatment Points Chart for recommended placements.

• To turn on the device, press and hold the 'M' (Mode Selection) button for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To turn off the device, press and hold the 'M' button again for a few seconds until the screen turns off.

2. Selecting a Massage Mode

• After powering on, the device will display the current mode.
• Press the 'M' button repeatedly to cycle through the 24 preprogrammed massage modes (e.g., Tapping, Acupuncture, Deep Tissue, Foot, Cupping, Combo).
• Select the mode that best suits your needs.

3. Intensiteetin säätäminen

• Once a mode is selected, use the '+' button to increase the intensity of the stimulation.
• Use the '-' button to decrease the intensity.
• There are 20 levels of adjustable strength. Start with a low intensity and gradually increase until you feel a comfortable, yet effective, sensation. Avoid setting the intensity too high, which can cause discomfort.

4. Setting Session Time

• Press the 'T' (Time Adjuster) button to set the desired session duration.
• Each press of the 'T' button will add 20 minutes to the session time.
