Follow these steps to set up the XZT JY03 Nitrogen Gas Charging Kit:
- Connect to Hydraulic Breaker: Locate the nitrogen charging port on your hydraulic breaker. Carefully thread the M10*1 connector (Figure 2) from the charging device onto the breaker's port. Ensure it is hand-tightened securely to prevent leaks. Note: Verify your breaker's port thread is M10*1.
- Connect to Nitrogen Cylinder: Attach the CGA580 connector at the end of the high-pressure hose to your nitrogen gas cylinder. Tighten firmly with a wrench to ensure a gas-tight seal.
